You don't collect $200 until your guests say you are worthy of promotion to a higher tier. Everyone( ok, not everyone) can cook for a dinner party on a Saturday night, but can you have that same level of entertainment on a Wednesday night? You bet my aged thick cut steak you can! The star of the evening is our reverse seared steak! You will not find reverse searing in a restaurant because we start the process long before you arrive at the door. It takes anywhere from one to two hours to slow-cook a Dufferin Grove Diner steak.
