About This Experience

Going to a blockbuster movie on opening night was always one of my favorite things to do. Combine that with a great meal, a nice bottle of wine, and some awesome new friends. Well, what could be better than that! In selecting this menu, I asked what would the Terminator have for dinner? I know, I know...He does not eat and he does not sleep--EVER! But the movie is based in America, Not France or even Italy, so I started from there. This dinner includes an IMAX -opening night- movie ticket with a center row seat, transportation is provided to and from the theater by UberXL to be redeemed right after the dinner.

Appetizer Maryland Crab Cakes Pssst! the secret to great crab cakes: 1) Find the best and freshest crabmeat you can. 2) Add as little as you can to the crabmeat. Main Course Thick-cut AAA New York Striploin served with Roasted Corn Succotash The steak is reversed-seared for around two and a half hours and then quickly flash grilled before serving to crisp up the outside. One of the best steaks you will ever have!
