There are pies and then there are Awesome Pies! Our Dutch Apple pies are one of these awesome ones. We only make two types of pies, because I have two specialists. One specializes in cherry pitting, she is 8yrs old and the other is an amazing apple peeler and corer, she is 11yrs old.
