Biography

As a professional I have an eclectic background. I am a scientist turned market researcher turned educator of entrepreneurs. My passion for food and cooking stems from a long line of amazing cooks in my family from my grandmother, mother and aunts. I have tried to preserve much of those old recipes and share them with my friends and kids. I feel a bit like a chemist in the kitchen being precise to generate those recipes in a consistent manner but also experiment with new ingredients and flavors adding a western twist to some traditional recipes.
